Vardan Ter-Antonyan is a scientist by training and executive by discipline. He began his career in molecular biophysics and moved into technical leadership across regulated industries, holding senior roles in R&D, operations, and commercialization across pharmaceutical, dietary supplement, and OTC product categories.
He leads innovation, product development, and operational execution in science-based, regulated organizations, aligning scientific direction with business performance. He is Product Pipeline, R&D & Ops Leader at Mile High Labs and the founder of Ter-Antonyan Consulting LLC.
He advises growth-stage and established companies on innovation strategy, R&D execution, and operational design in highly regulated sectors, through Ter-Antonyan Consulting LLC.
